My Mission
At Sold Smart Real Estate, my mission is to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to provide the best possible real estate services to my clients. When you hire me to help you buy or sell a home, you won't get pushed off onto an assistant or inexperienced agent. You will work with me and have the advantage of my 22 years of real estate sales experience. I believe in delivering the highest level of customer service, and I pride myself on my attention to detail, integrity and professionalism.
Education & Experience
I first came to Arizona in 1976 to go to college and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. I was first licensed as a real estate agent in 2003 and as a real estate broker in 2010. I also have a paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego. I've sold hundreds of homes and I've never had a single complaint filed against me!
Don't pay more just because your home is worth more!
Most real estate agents charge 6% of the sales price to sell your property. That means that if your neighbor's home sells for $500k, they would pay $30k in commissions. If you sell your home for $700k, you will pay $42k in commissions - $12k more than your neighbor for the same service! I'll bet you don't think that's fair and neither do I! I work just as hard for a $500k listing as I do for a $1,000,000 listing, so my commission is a flat $14k. And you don't have to pay the buyers agent! On a $700k sale price, that saves you $28K! Why would you use anyone else?
